Izy is a coach and personal trainer based in London. Having trained as a professional dancer, she has an understanding of the struggles women go through with their body image and the fears of looking a certain way. Her mission is to stop women from fearing their bodies looking 'too masculine' because they have muscle. Women should feel able to realise their physical strength in order to unlock their full potential!
She has worked closely with hundreds of women to help them build strength, lose weight, change body composition and navigate pre/post natal training.
